Hotel Giancarlo

We were there in the week of August. Comfortable and well-managed hotel, excellent dishes offered, different every evening. The gluten-free food is also excellent with an eye for celiac customers. We thank Mariasole and Johnny very much who served us with kindness and care during the entire holiday. Nearby beach with reserved sunbeds. Central area. To consider the train tracks which are close to the hotel but the rooms are quite isolated, the train did not disturb us during the night. Definitely recommended also for those with children as there was excellent entertainment.

We spent two wonderful weeks at the Giancarlo hotel! Clean and spacious room, large bathroom with a nice window, ours was facing the street so we didn't hear the noise of the train overlooking the pool! Super courteous staff, helpful and always with a smile ! Silvia and Stefania at the reception always cheerful and kind, Antonio super friendly bartender. Very extensive breakfast, cakes, brioss, fried pancakes! Extremely available for every request made for my little one regarding the menu! Very very good food, varied and rich menu. Thank you to Simone who always welcomed us into the room with a smile and kindness and a hug to Gaia and Alice for their courtesy and kindness! Bike service with child seat for the little ones and bikes for the older ones! The entertainment accompanied us during the holidays! Fantastic Alberto Elena and Assunta! Ready to entertain the little ones but also us grown-ups! Beach 5 minutes from the hotel. Parking included, very convenient! A little far from the centre, about 20 minutes on foot but it's ok a nice walk to avoid getting too stuck in beach life... alternatively there are always bikes! highly recommended! Hotel in San Benedetto del Tronto where I spent my holidays. The room was a little small for three people but still comfortable, excellent cleanliness. The hotel services were impeccable, the staff very kind and helpful (I needed a tire specialist for a problem with a tire on my car and a launderette to freshen up my beach towels and they found them for me in within a few hours). The only flaw is that the railway passes behind the hotel but I think that the same problem exists in all the hotels on the coast, given that the tracks run along the sea for a very long distance and in any case you get used to it. It was a great experience, I would definitely go back.

Stayed the first week of August 2023 I would start with the only NI for which I would however give little blame to the hotel The partner beach. Umbrellas sacrificed for hotel guests and places on the edge of the estate for seasonal guests, strictly deserted. Let's go to the countless YES: Beach 100 meters away. Very convenient private parking within walking distance, essential in S Benedetto del Tronto!! Dining room staff and maitre d' from superior hotels, friendly, extremely helpful and well-prepared. Excellent reception. Very spacious, clean room, towels and sheets changed daily four times in seven days. Excellent food, varied buffet for both breakfast and meals. Varied and well-curated menu, perfect portions and amazing first courses. The icing on the cake, paradise for celiacs. Absolutely recommended Thanks for the welcome Claudia Ginevro Guido Gronda

Nice hotel near the beach, helpful and welcoming staff, good food, abundant and varied breakfast buffet and appetizers, comfortable room, unfortunately I did not find the cleanliness of the room excellent, as soon as I arrived I found the drawer dirty with sand and the wardrobe with the shelf full of dust that stuck to the (new) t-shirts that I had stored, the soap/shower gel dispenser should always be checked and refilled if needed. The swimming pool would need more maintenance as it is missing some tiles. I haven't used the bike rental offered by the facility at €1 per hour but I consider it a good service for reaching the center without having to walk too much.

We only spent 3 days in this hotel with B&B service, but I must say that from the reception service, to the waiters, to the cleaning ladies (efficient and kind), to the kitchen, even if we only took advantage of the breakfast (abundant and delicious breakfast ), to all the staff at both the tree and the beach we say thank you, because they were all very kind! A hotel definitely suitable for children with an excellent entertainment service both on the beach and in the hotel in the evening. We recommend it to those with children, but also to couples who want to spend a few relaxing days at the seaside. Thanks again to everyone at the hotel!
